I can assist you with your Real Estate needs.  Proudly helping Buyers and Sellers all over  Metro Atlanta. 

I am a Snellville resident and  I relocated to  Atlanta from Boston, Massachusetts.    I originally moved to Atlanta to attend college and I liked it so much that I never left. 

I have been selling real estate for over 18+ years and I am a Broker owner. 

I'm experienced in selling luxury real estate, foreclosures, Pre-foreclosures, short sales, and more.  
I have sold vacant land, newly built homes, townhomes, condos, and single-family residences. 
I have assisted new business owners with leasing space to start their new businesses.
I have a passion for helping first-time home buyers, seniors, relocating home buyers and sellers, and first-time home sellers.

I use the latest technology like mobile listings optimized for mobile devices including tablets and smartphones.  Your listing will be on local and national websites and search engines.

When I list homes my goal is to get that home sold!  I can't guarantee how quickly your home will sell, but I will market your home to give the best impression. I will provide you with facts to show what I think your home might sell for and why I recommend the suggested price.  I will provide professional photos for all of my listings and much more.  I would be happy to share my marketing plan with you.  Remember if your house isn't sold I don't get paid and my goal is to sell your house.

When working with my clients, I put myself in their shoes. I treat people the way I want to be treated.  

 

When working with Buyer clients: 

 

First, I try to understand the family or individual.    I believe that we should seek to understand before seeking to be understood! I want to know your wants and needs, likes and dislikes.  I find that getting to know you helps with finding the property that's right for you.  I don't oversell, I want you to purchase a property that is below the amount you are pre-approved for.    I especially like working with first-time buyers and work very hard to educate on the home buying process.

 

When working with Sellers:

 

My goal when working with a seller is to be sure I do the best job possible in marketing your property.  Anyone can take your listing and place it on MLS or FMLS, but I believe there's more to selling a home than posting the listing on the Multiple Listing Service.  I believe that's important but that's only a part of the process.  I would love to discuss my marketing plan with you, feel free to contact me.  To see what my current and past clients have to see my testimonial page.
